Up to 10% discount available for empty properties* T&Cs apply .
Because it makes my job a little easier and quicker not having furnishings to work around, I try to pass on those savings when I can (excludes new buildings / homes).
Terms & Conditions
5% Discount will only be applied if properties are empty at the time of painting (no furniture, curtains / blinds). Discount will be taken off the final invoice if conditions are met.
A further 5% discount if there are no floor coverings, i.e no carpet, tiles, nothing that needs to be covered e.g. full renovations.
Must be a complete repaint i.e walls, ceilings, architraves, doors.
INTERNAL painting only.
If there is no Discount offered on your quote then discount will not apply.
Maximum of 10% or $1000 per Job, Whichever comes first. All previous conditions must be met.
Before commencing a 20% deposit or part payment half way through the work may be required, it will be confirmed once quote is accepted.
